I really love this painting of the beach huts at Saunton Sands just below the Saunton Sands Hotel. Very loose and abstract style gives it the flow and movement of the ocean together with some stunning colour combinations and all to remind you of this most magical of places on the West coast of England. This is just across the sand dunes from Pete’s studio and one of his favourite spots to paint on a fabulous summer’s day. For those who love to stay at the Saunton Sands hotel and want a reminder, it is there in the painting but in a slightly abstract form. Acrylic on canvas 150cm x 30cm x 1.7cm
