Aspen Ski Art Painting Aspen Highlands Bowl III.  Part of a set of 3 ski art paintings from Aspen Highlands Bowl in Colorado. What a place to paint so full of light and energy. These three paintings were to capture the epic journey from getting dropped off by the Piste Machine and starting the great walk up the ridge line to the peak. This one is full of the powder scrapes, lines and curves on the way down the bowl. You can see along the ridge line the hike up and in the far distance the peak too. Beyond that you can see the ghosts of the Elk Mountains towering above the peak.  Use the zoom feature with mouse over to see all the crazy detail. Acrylic on canvas 70cm x 50cm on board. Will need to frame this before shipping.
