If you lived in this area of North Devon during the summer or holidayed here you know what a beautiful place it is. Early morning and at sunset is an extra special time unlike any other. As the close of the day descends and the light drops to the ocean, a beautiful warming and relaxing glow is exhaled into your heart. Wonderful when viewed from one of our special beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough  and Woolacombe, or my favourite from one of the amazing headlands, sat on the grass with a wonderful helping of Fish and Chips from Squires in Braunton. Salt and vinegar, fish and chips, cripsy batter and the sea air watching the sun go down. Unbelievable perfection and a wonderful feeling and only a short walk from my studio. Oil on board framed in a simple frame, 94cm x 57cm.
