Ski Painting above Lake Geneva at Thollon Les Memises. This is one of my all time favourite paintings I have done with the beautiful lake Geneva in the background surrounded by the high Alpine snow capped peaks. The piste leads you down into the trees and then down to the lakeshore beyond in a lovely sweeping curve. Take a look at the amazing textures in the sky, mountains and snow all made out of a magical blend of colours and shapes. Use the zoom feature with mouse over to see the details. This, if you can tell by the sign, is the very beautiful but not very large ski resort of Thollon Les Memises in France, which I think has the most beautiful view of Lake Geneva in Switzerland and the Swiss Alps.
