Part of the Mt Fort Verbier painting series. At the top of Mt Fort in Verbier. You’ve just clattered down the icy steps and like taking your first steps on the moon after a heavy fall of snow you sink slowly into the powder as if on some martian landscape so high up in the Alps. Deep footprints and a chatter of frosty excitement in the air as you hastily ski and board up to catch the best of the new snow. Lots of colour and texture make for a really fun ski painting of this most unbelievable ridge top piste.  Watch out for the danger signs or are they marking the way down ?
