One of my favourite paintings from Chamonix in the French Alps. A wonderful array of colours and abstract textures and shapes really capture this stunning view which is from the Courmayeur side of Mt Blanc looking across to the glacier flowing down from the peak above. Courmayeur pistes to the left and trees to the right with the glacier centre stage.

I love the colors and textures illustrated in this painting and this brings me back to the beautiful mountains I enjoy visiting when I am fortunate enough to ski in the Alps.

The original has a lovely flow and texture to it, but the print is also pretty good.
