Painting Description
Lake District Paintings Grasmere in the mist below Silver Howe. When I am staying in Grasmere this is always one of the walks in one way or another. Its like a beautiful garden in the fells, quite wonderful. One of my favourite parts of the landscape is the amazing orange bracken glowing thought in the autumn colours. Its a very loose style keeping the colours and feelings which capture that fantastic energy of being in the fells. This is a favourite walk I do every time I am in the Lakes. Its just a perfect length with so much beautiful scenery and varies landscapes that you cannot help but enjoy it, even in the rain which is pretty often. Acrylic on heavy duty art paper 36 x 26cm mounted but not framed.
