Painting Description
For Scotland I had to et myself go. Other than the North of England where I learnt to snowboard Scotland is the 2nd closest place to ski for me. So that is a real buz. This is one of the drags at Glenshee in some abundant snow in the midst of a heavy flurry of snow. You just don’t get storms there, just sunshine, light to heavy flurries of snow, a deep snow pack and plenty of blue sky with copious helpings of Whisky. Its an unbelievable ski area and Scotland is just about the best. So this painting is my impression of this majestic ski area, full of life, atmosphere and attitude. It rocks! Acrylic on paper 65 x 50cm.
